Our oyster farm is situated in Blakeney pit just beyond Stiffkey Freshers, where we stock, grow, grade and clean our oysters in the salty sea they love and which gives them their delicious taste and texture.

Our cultivation licence is for both native oysters (ostrea edulis) and pacific rock oysters (crassostrea gigas).
 

The sales season for oysters starts in November 2023
